Registrations and certifications
Certificates and scope statements are available on request. Ask the quality manager for a copy before you place the order.
Scope: machining of precision components. Registrar [Name].
Valid through [Month Year]Scope: aerospace machined details and small assemblies.

Processes
Envelopes are the working limit on the machines we own today. Tolerances are what we hold in production across a lot, on the features that carry them.
| Process | Envelope | Tolerance | Materials |

| 5 axis milling | 20 dia. x 14 in | ±.0005 | Titanium, Inconel, aluminum |

We hold tighter than the table on single features when the drawing calls for it. Send the print and the estimator will tell you what we can hold and what it costs to hold it.
On the floor
The list an engineer asks for when the part is close to the limit. Make and model are fields, so the owner edits this table in the editor as machines come and go. Makes and models here are placeholders.

Work we take
Three parts that show the range. Photograph your own work on the granite or in the inspection room, with a caliper or an indicator in the shot.
Every part on this page is placeholder content. Show your own work, and say the quantity and the material under each one. A buyer reads those two lines before the photo.
Quoting
The quote page takes drawings, models and the details an estimator needs to price the job.
A PDF drawing and a STEP or IGES file. Quantity, material, finish and the date you need it. Tolerances can read per drawing.
An estimator reads it the day it lands. Most quotes go out in 2 business days. Complex 5 axis work takes about 4.
Ask and we will send ours before you send drawings. One of ours signs it the same day.
Keep ITAR, EAR controlled and CUI files off the web form. Tell us on the form and we will send a secure transfer link for them.
The quote form asks that controlled data question first. Answering yes removes every upload field from the page, so a controlled drawing has nowhere to land on the web server.
