Anyone with base access can shop. ID card holders walk in. Everyone else needs a visitor pass first.
Access rules tighten without notice. Check the installation's visitor page before you drive over.
You keep [60] percent of the sale price. Bring up to [20] items per intake, clean and on hangers. Anything unsold after [30] days comes back to you or becomes a donation, your choice at intake.
Bring donations inside during open hours. We can't take car seats, cribs, mattresses or anything recalled. Ask for a receipt at the register if you want one for taxes.
Template note: overseas installations get a toggle on this section. It swaps the shopper copy to "Open to ID card holders with SOFA status" and removes the visitor pass steps.
Membership

$[x]a year
Dues are $[x] a year and cover the meeting space, childcare at meetings and the newsletter.
New to the base? Come to one meeting before you decide. Nobody collects dues at the door.
Find the membership chair by the coffee. They'll introduce you to a few people who arrived this summer too.
Membership doesn't come with a volunteer requirement. Most members work a thrift shop shift a few times a year.

Scholarships for high school seniors and military spouses tied to [Installation], plus small grants to local groups each spring.
Applications open [Month day] and close [Month day]. You need a transcript, one recommendation and a short essay. Winners are announced at the spring luncheon.
Gifts go straight to next year's scholarships. The treasurer mails a receipt for every gift of $250 or more.
