How the build runs
You pay in steps as the work gets done. Each payment comes due when that step passes inspection or you have seen it finished.
Deposit rules in [State]

Plaster or the liner goes in, we fill and start the equipment, and the county does the final. We walk you through the equipment before the last payment.
