We confirm the price by text or email before we come out. Bundle the house and the driveway and we take $[x] off.
We do not put pressure on shingles.
The black streaks on a roof are algae. It spreads across the shade side first and it comes back if you only rinse it off. We spray a cleaner at about the pressure of a garden hose, let it sit, and rinse it.
Don't pressure wash asphalt shingles. The spray knocks granules loose and the roof wears out sooner. Clean algae with a bleach and water mix from a low pressure sprayer, then rinse with low pressure water.

How we protect your plants
- We wet your plants before we wash.Leaves full of water don't soak up the cleaner. Grass and beds under the drip line get soaked too.
- We cover what can't take it.Vegetable beds, koi ponds and anything you point out on the walk around.
- We rinse them again after.Then we rinse the siding top to bottom and flush the downspouts.
- We walk the house with you.If you're at work, we text photos of every side before we leave.
