Sample items and rates shown for layout. In the live site each one is a rental item you add in the dashboard, and the grid and the rates update on their own. Each card shows the hourly rate with its minimum, then the day and week rate, and the day rate is repeated on the tag. A dash means the item does not rent for that term.
Before you come in
The counter answers these questions all day. Here they are in one place.
Bring a government ID and a credit card in the same name. Debit cards are held to a lower limit on larger machines.
A deposit is authorized on the card at pickup. It is released once the item comes back and clears check in at the counter.
The waiver covers accidental damage during normal use. Loss, theft and abuse stay on the renter.
A day rate covers 24 hours from pickup. Rent is charged for all time out, weekends included.
Machines leave full and come back full. Hour meters count 8 hours a day, and extra hours are billed at the hourly rate.
Knock the mud and concrete off before you bring it back. Cleaning here is billed at [$00] an hour.
Every policy here is a field in the dashboard. Set your own waiver percent, deposit amounts and cleaning rate once and they show up everywhere.

Delivery runs Monday to Saturday. Book it a day ahead. The driver needs a clear level spot to unload and somebody over 18 on site to sign for the machine.
Same day delivery depends on the truck. Call before 10 am and we will tell you if there is a slot.
For the trades
Open a charge account and skip the card at the counter. We bill net 30, send one invoice a month with your job numbers on it, and anyone on your crew can pick up under the account name.
Fill out the credit application and bring it to the counter or send it back by email. Approval takes about two business days.

Party and event side
Tents, tables, chairs, linens and concession machines. Graduation and wedding season fills up early. For a date in May through October, call well ahead. Tell us the date and the headcount and we will put a hold on it.
