Astro · Static Sites
Astro sites, quick and secure.
Astro builds your site into plain pages ahead of time, and Netlify hosts them. It’s our lowest priced option and works well for sites that don’t need daily updates.
Two Ways In
Pick the right build.
Astro is our cheapest build. If you’d rather log in and make changes yourself, go with a Template Site on WordPress. It’s still ready in about a week.

Why Astro
Why we like it.
Most small business sites have a handful of pages that change a few times a year. For sites like that, Astro is hard to beat.
Security
Hard to hack
There’s no database, login page, or plugins on the server. Those are how most small business sites get hacked.
Speed
Fast on phones
Pages are built ahead of time and served from close to your visitors, so they load quickly even on a weak signal.
Hosting
Cheap to host
Netlify’s free plan is enough for most small businesses, so hosting usually costs little or nothing.
Upkeep
Nothing to patch
No WordPress or plugin updates to keep up with every week.
Search
Ready for Google
We set up page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and your business info for search before launch.
Forms
Working forms
Contact and quote forms go through Netlify Forms with spam filtering and land in your inbox.
